They currently have a unique role for a Senior Consultant to work directly with sales leaders from some of the world's leading corporations Global 100 and 500 largest companies in driving new business opportunities and identify key behaviors that drive sales.
This role incorporates approximately 65% Travel (domestic and international) when you're delivering a programs which incorporates client consulting, design and facilitation requirements in crafting the learning experiences and simulations that build critical capabilities. This is a highly diverse opportunity in working with internal teams on multiple projects, across a range of different industries in shaping the leadership capabilities of their clients' sales leaders as well as cultivating the skills of thousands of developing leaders across the globe.
Ideally as a Senior Consultant you will have:
At least 5+ years of Consulting and solution and business development experience across learning and development at the senior level in similar fields and B2B business solutions
The ability to develop and measure the effectiveness of sales transformation programs deigned to achieve significant improvements in client's revenue, growth and profitability
Extensive consulting, exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills, impeccable communication, influencing and negotiating skills
Strategy and sales and leadership effectiveness with a strong working knowledge of sales theories, sales methodologies
A passion and drive to be an open and engaging consultant and what you have to give is energy and commitment
